Music to my ears

And a post for Today.

8. My kids and music. (This topic will likely repeat.) Today I was driving on the highway - on a section that looks up into the sky. It seemed like I was going to keep travelling right on into some wonderful puffy cumulus clouds that looked like they had wandered in from farther out west. As I drove, this was going through my head.




The girls sounded so good!

On the way back from where we were going, my oldest and I were arranging a song that was stuck in my head. We were deciding how it would sound with different instruments, and were deciding what those instruments' parts would be. Very fun together.


9. Deciding my kids names for this blog. So far we have Sue and Lou and the S Train. We were trying to decide if my oldest should be Boo in order to rhyme with her sisters. She thinks people will say, "that poor child, going through life with a name like Boo." We were laughing together and it was fun.
