Smiling

So much of life is hard. But there is just as much that is fun. There are things that make me smile in my life everyday. I wanted a place to remember all the things in my life this year that make me smile. So many times I think or say, I've got to write that down! And I always forget. This year, we are going to remember all the fun things that make us smile in our family. 365 things. One for each day. I can't wait.

1. I'm going to start with a post for yesterday as the first official day. Because yesterday was A's Wedding reception. Both Monday and yesterday I smiled inside as I helped and watched the preparations for her big day. There was such an outpouring of love and kindness. It was a community that came together to prepare for A's Big Day. I feel so blessed to be a part of this circle of service. The little things were huge. They were nothing at all. People stepped up. People stepped in. It was beautiful. Congratulations A and M. We all wish you a beautiful life together.

2. And for today. Sue's bob. It was perfect. We love Les. He does such an EXCELLENT JOB! The smile on her face after a haircut is always beautiful. Her hair is so shiny and sweet. You just want to eat her up with that excellent hair!
